Very poor service was going to be over charge by $85 today when call to get more information about my xray . Got told that have no clue about what's on it and can't help with it. She was really of no help quite useless why did she get that job ?? Why paying if they can't afford to give you a correct answer.

Current radio advertising states MRI services are free with no conditions attached. Please change this misleading advertising as it frustrating for the clients and the staff! I continued to make the booking, but only because the bookings lady was so professional and helpful.

Very poor form have been trying to resolve an issue in regards to a hearing aid being destroyednin an MRI since May. Phone calls are not returned and emails not replied to by the PAM.nposted approx 3/11.nnUpdate 11/11/20 given that after this review you replied that the process has now been concluded (incredible timing) can you advise when we will receive anything in regards to the concluded outcome?nnUpdate 19/11/20 Still no contact very disappointing.

Very disapointed with the service at the Morley branch. Checked in and waited an hour to be told sorry we cant fit you in and I should try somewhere else. They cleary stuffed up the paper work and then made up a rubbish excuse to cover it up. Feel bad for the management, doing thier best to provide a good business but have bad some bad staff that dont own up to mistakes. Hope they fix it for the future.

Advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to our appointment time and were seen straight away. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The PRC app couldn’t be better as we could view all scans on our phone directly after the appointment. Plenty of parking available and grabbed a parking spot right out front. Venue is clean and tidy.
