Australia Post - Royal Park LPO

Very very poor i would not recomend anyone use this post office today i tried to post something back to Amazon with the pre paid lables that Amazon provide when i presented at the desk the male tried to charge me postege when i pointed out that it was pre paid and that i was not to pay for it he refused to take my it then with my second thing i wanted to post he tried to charge me $36.00 for something that i had already checked the postage online to be $22.00 when I told him this and pointed it out on my mobile phone his responce was i could go to another post office if i liked and stompted around the counter trying to intimadate me when i had just clearly cought him in the act of trying to rip me off i would not recomend anyone go there and who knows how many people in the Royal Park community he has tried to rip off

The rudest most arrogant Chinese man and staff. Would not ever go in there but unfortunately parcels are left there if not home. Would not give me my daughter's parcel even though they've given me her parcels before. I had ID and same address but still didn't give me the parcel. Also I sent mail through that post office which was got lost!!!! How does mail these days get lost???? The previous owners where so nice. Will avoid that place like the plague! Don't go there if possible. I gladly drive further to the Seaton Post Office any day!!!! NO STARS EVER!!!!

Words can not describe the absolute deplorable customer service by a man who clearly has no business being in a service industry.nnThe post office is run dwn, with parcels strew all over the floor, the man slams your parcels on the counter when they can actually be located.nnHis arrogance is hilarious, I have enquired with Australia Post as to how I can not have my parcels dropped there.

Rude and lying Asian male cashier. “CASH ONLY here!” Is what he said when I bought $160 worth of things. He said there is no card machine here. When I told him I only have credit card, he got upset and reluctantly pulled out the card machine which worked perfectly. Then he yelled “we only do cash here, remember from next time ok?” Never ever experienced such a rude cashier in my life. Will never go back.

RUDE! Arrived at 4.55pm. The customer in front took awhile to finish being served. When the customer in front left it was 5.01 I was refused service as they close at 5. Terrible service.
