All dealings with Dr Narula and reception have been pleasant and I appreciate his thorough findings before jumping To surgery. Although,nI am suffering I do appreciate this willingness to get this right to avoid future surgeries. ThanksnFor your professional service

I found both the ladies at Reception to be pleasant to deal with both on the phone and when attending the office. Dr Narula clearly explained procedures and I felt confident with him.

I have not able to see the actual doctor because of his witch of the receptionist. I was greeted by very unpleasant unprofessional rude woman who told me that I didn’t reply to text MSG which I have never received in the first place. I have never cancelled the appointment and I was there on time driving across the town with my sick child. She refused to provide any explanation or solution to me not receiving the text message. I have started to have a melt down, hypoventilating and couldn’t calm down ( I have a constant headaches and clear issues with my nervious system on top of sick children) , so she told me to stop acting out and go away as I’m unfair to other patients. I needed to go out into the hallway where other patients would give me water and help to calm down. It is not the way to treat patients and paying customers, especially knowing that not of the people who come to you would have issues with nerves. I’m looking into process of reporting her.
