The female phlebotomist, Neagla, is always rough to patients and even worse this time. She is not suitable to be a healthcare worker. Won’t come here again.
Booked an appointment over the phone. Needed to bring a sample with me. When I arrived I was told to take a number and then sat there for over an hour. Why take my appointment if I just join a queue when I arrive anyway.
