I will never ever use the white ladys again.nnThat women from the midland team who organised everything is absolutely a spiteful person, she has ruined our funeral, she has made sure our family don’t speak & it was the worst send off for our mother that we had. We have used simplicity several times before and regret not going back there,nnSharon I hope you understand what you’ve done. We are so so disappointed and angry.nnwe organised everything through a location closer to our house ( rossmoyne ) and thought it was the right decision.nnPeople - please don’t listen to promises that aren’t fulfilled !!
