Have been here in the past for supervised urine drug screening and have had no problems. However today I went, waited an hour and then was told that they do not in fact do supervised drug screening. Not sure why the website says they do drug screening when they actually don't. Waste of my time.

just sat in waiting room with daughter for 40mins to be told. Clinic technician wasn’t experienced enough and I had to go elsewhere! Very unprofessional an poor customer service, not to advise upfront.

Would not go here ever again. Long wait time and staff not able to complete all tests. Hopeless

I guess it depends on the nurse and admin. Contrary to the other reviews, on this occassion the nurse was extremely accomodative to collect bloods especially as it was so close to her knock off. She was prompt to answer the phone early in the day and reschedule as required. She was one of the most gentle and least painful nurses with the needle.nIf you're parked across the main road. This place is tucked at the back of the medical centre.
