Australia Post - Dianella Post Shop

Always had good service however I just wish that they were open on Saturdays even if it was for a few hours as it makes it hard to collect parcels for those that work weekdays.

I received an email that an item I was waiting for was delivered to my home address, but I did not receive it. I have used the Australia Post website to get help but I get a blank page. I attempted to call but I get an answering machine and cannot talk to any one. I do understand that these are difficult times but that is the case for me also. I have not been able to work for months making the lost item relatively costly. I consider this very poor and the virus should not be an excuse to make the Australia Post invisible.

I went to fax discharge letter to Bankwest and post office staff refused to send it. She told me they are not allowed to send this kind of documents. Then I did from another post office. No issue.

I had the worst experience at the Dianella post office today. I was going in to submit a passport application and the bald bearded guy with glasses refused to serve me. His excuse was that his colleagues were already doing passport applications & he can’t be doing this as well. There was one other person behind me and that was all. To me that’s very poor service. It’s your job to serve & he declined to do so. I did the right thing queued up and waited my turn only to be rudely dismissed. He had a very bad attitude about the whole thing. I then waited aside to be served by one of the other staff who just didn’t care. I waited aside & they were just continued serving the people in line. By this time there was a long line. I left without getting my application submitted. I have been to several post offices and have never experienced anything like this. Very poor, disgusting service. It shouldn’t matter what customers are requesting service for. You don’t get to pick and choose what to do easier.n***NOTE: could not submit this post without selecting a rating. Zero from me***
