Disgusting customer service !nMy son who has had his licence less than a week and I went into supercheap in Carrum downs on Friday night at 6:30. He purchased a Navman for around $120. It was the last one in stock and the box had already been opened, as it was the last one in his price range so bought it nor did we query the state of the packaging. When he got home he was informed by police officer step father and his policenOfficer sister that P platers cannot use these devices.nHe has returned to supercheap today less than 24 hours after purchasing it , to be told , it’s been opened and cannot give a refund only a store credit.nShove the store credit , I would rather cut the losses sell the credit note for half the price and use auto barn
