I've never met a friendlier person in Music Retail. Rob goes above and beyond to help his customers and keep them happy, whether it's with a new purchase, or guitar repair/maintenance etc. Rob sells quality instruments and accessories and his service is of the same high standard. There is a sense of community in the store and Rob has a way of interacting with each and every customer and making them feel at home. I've actually gotten to know some great people and musicians through the store, Rob included. Guitars & Things is a fantastic store.
