Our order finally arrived yesterday, but that was after calling the company loads of times to chase it up. Their customer service is questionable. The telephone line is terrible, you can't make out what they are saying half of the time. Every time I contacted them I was told that they'd call me back, which half of the time they didn't. The shipment tracking information was not available. The order was dispatched from a Hong Kong warehouse and arrived about 18 days later. It didn't take too long but GearDo should really reflect on their customer service skills.

Seem like a really nice local business, just got burnt by them promising same day postage, when after I paid, they didn't actually offer because I Was passed the cutoff time.nnStill 3 stars, because they have good products and decent prices.nnReading other reviews, seems to be the same outcome for others.

Rubbish service, unaccountable, never get items. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Worst store ever. Do not buy from them!!! You will regret it!!!!
