Very rude staff whilst printing.nWent there late on Tuesday night and had to wait for a bit (no-issues). As i was running late for airport after waiting for good 10 mins to print a peace of paper, i requested the other lady and said if she can help by printing the paper. Meanwhile the lady who was in charge of printing yelled out saying she only has two hands, and i was not even talking to her.nBig no no, this place is generally good but that particular lady was being very rude for nothing.nSomeone needs to teach that lady customer service 101.

Brought a new phone and received great service from Dave. He was very patient with me as i had no idea what i wanted. He knew what he was talking about and didn't rush me. Would go back againud83dudc4f

Very disappointed with the service. Placed online order for printing other day. I’ve visited the store once I’ve received message for the collection. However my documents haven’t printed and waited for 45 minutes. waste of time. Printing isn’t great quality.

Photo service leaves alot to be desired, very time consuming. Why you changed the system is beyond me. I will be taking my photo prints to Kmart, much much easier process

Good customer service, however there's always a little wait for that.nProducts are pretty decent.nSelf serve option machines are sometimes down or don't detect your drives.nHappy with the service, products and friendliness of the staff.
