I ordered a Morphy Richards yellow kettle with them and they agreed to post it because it was the only one left in this colour which I appreciate but then I received the kettle faulty and damaged , it wasn’t packed properly with bubble wraps to protect it during transit , it was just sent in its original box with no packaging for delivery which was very disappointing.nWhen I contacted them they said they inspected the item before delivery and it wasn’t faulty but still I received it damaged due to improper packaging, I always order online and the items comes packaged in an external box .overall i’m Not happy with their customer service and the way they responded to my complaint.
