For what they have available this Post Office does a good job. There are four counters with most times three to four staff working, and even with that, the lines can sometimes be 20-30 deep. The area does need another post office or a bigger one, as this one in reality covers Tarneit, Truganina and northern parts of Hoppers Crossing. The staff are friendly and efficient and I have never had an issue with it. Any issue would be an Australia Post organisational one. They do well here with what they have to offer.

Never had a problem with this post office. I use this post office both personally and for business. Also having a PO Box at this location as well. The staff have always been friendly and polite. Like any post office try and avoid when they first open and in the final hour if trade and all is good. Always clean and tidy with the normal random things you to expect to see at a post office for sale. Definitely needs an Express Post box (you need to line up to post express) however there is a normal Post box outside the shopping centre as well as another at the entrance to the post office itself.

It is located at a perfect place, but it gets rushy most of the times. Could've been a bit more spacious but okay. Staff is very friendly and you find almost everything you need from your LPO. One last thing, people don't always take COVID19 seriously here. So you should watch yourself.

Great service by Elvin. He was a great person and very respectful towards his clients. Though Australia post has very high charges for the photos to be taken, which should be subsided.
