I wanted a fresh new haircut that suited my hair type. Rachel understood my hair texture and how it behaves, what I was trying to achieve and what I was trying to avoid and carefully created a new shape and style which suits me and the way I want to care for my hair. Rachel provided a fresh perspective to get me out of my hair rut and my hair style feels comfortable, easy and doable but most of all it feels like me.nAdditionally I felt relaxed in her very calm salon with a beautiful view over the water and the extra pampering of a foot massage machine whilst I was receiving a fantastic head massage by Rachel at the basin was just delightful. Plus the products Rachel uses are lovely.nBooking was seamless and the location accessible. I would and will recommend Rachel. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and Rachel more than delivered. A full colour correction, a pamper and I left feeling amazing and super impressed.
