I have been paying almost $400 a month for the 4.5 years for my husband income protection. He need emergency back surgery in Feb and will be off work til maybe the end of may. Insurance line have advised me he is not covered unless he is off work for at 90 days what a joke. I have tried to call them for 4 days in a row each time I have waited for at least 40 minutes for my call to be answered and by the time I get through I'm told I can't speak to my claims officer then I get told we will ask someone from claims to call you back no one has. So yesterday I spoke to the operator who took my call after another long wait and she advised me my husband will most likely not get paid for his time off. Once again they have had to leave a message for a claims officer to call me. What a waste of so much money over the 4.5 years. I would steer clear of the useless money grabbing company. They should be locked up.

I have said not professional as there was not a click that accurately represents my feelings.nThis company is practicing what I see as being deceptive in many areas.nMy advice, do not under any circumstance consider using this company.
