Definitely a five star. Very nice couple running this place. Always patient to explain and explore difference hairstyle options to me. Dye my hair over there few months ago, love it! Love the color and the style. After being there a few time, seems like they already understand what hairstyle i want.

Only went there twice. First time was great. Service was good and met expectations. That’s why I made the second appointment for a hair cut.nnI made the appointment on Sat for Sun afternoon at 3pm. Arrived at 250pm on Sun and waited until 315pm only to be told she had to cancel my appointment because she was backlogged. I only needed a haircut and I had made an appointment the day before - it’s not as if I had just walked in on the spot. I wasn’t even offered to reschedule but was simply told to come back on a weekday. Such a waste of my Sunday afternoon. Really disappointed.

Made an appointment online only to turn up and the place is closed. I did not receive a call or any notification that my appointment was cancelled.
