My hairdresser in Surry Hills used a shampoo and conditioner on my hair that I loved but they didn't sell it in the salon. I Googled and eventually found it on sale at Red1 (it's a very obscure brand). I didn't know about Red1 before and the site is quite basic so I questioned if it would be legit or have great service for online shopping. I took the risk and was happy that I got a response in 24 hours saying my order had been processed and shipped. A free courier service delivered my products today. I wouldn't hesitate to buy online from Red1 again. Great business!

I was desperate for products as I was home busy doing clients, when I realised I was running really low for my other customers that were coming later that day. I called my regular supplier Red1 and Sons Hair& beauty and they delivered within the hour. I was super impressed by the customer service and highly recommend! Thank you so much guys!
