PureGlare Projector Lamps

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I was sent a lamp they assured me was correct. It was not. Even though everything matched up, part numbers etc the lamp did not fit due to the housing not being original. In short, there was a lip on the power plug of the lamp they sent me. It's not supposed to have a lip. When i contacted them, Wilson the proprietor wanted me to actually change the plug over with my original one... INSTEAD OF OFFERING TO SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE!!! He would not send a replacement. Even after i sent him a picture and he acknowledged what he sent me was not the right one. Wilson is extremely dishonest. Don't ever buy from this store. You will not be satisfied. Rather than simply exchange immediately, he wanted me to actually change parts over from one lamp to another. Incredible. Wilson.., and PureGlare can never be trusted. Read Wilson's response below. If you buy from this man, this store, that is what you are dealing with. Completely unprofessional. No idea of customer service. Read the bad reviews below and take note. There is a genuine reason for them.

I should have read the reviews. I was sent a faulty lamp. They told me it was exactly same as genuine lamp. Within 7 days it blew up my projector. I sent lamp back and they said working fine so bad luck no refund. Will now be contacting my bank to issue chargeback as this practice is not legal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Repaired the projector and back in service.Love it. Came in wonderful condition. Thanx

We use them regularly - Normally we get a tracking number from the courier within hours of placing the order. I wonder - if Purgelare can do it, why not the rest of Australian business? Maybe you should branch out in logistics and teach a few others - good work.
