Update 2021: I think mina no longer works here but have had cuts done by Sunny another amazing hairdresser. She is amazing!! Always love our hair here me and my mother!!nnHad haircut here yesterday and had gone in to get mom's hair colour. Our hair dresser Mina was v good and she suggested that the colour my mother is after may not be possible in her hair quality. Suggested to do hair regrowth only which is much cheaper than hair highlights. I think they are honest and won't just do anything. Very impressed with my own haircut and Mina has amazing skills. My mother also decided to have a haircut after seeing mine. I will be returning here from now on! Thank you very impressed new customer.

First time visiting Lily today!! She is a very talented hair stylist. I had alot of colour correction to do and was cutting my hair short for the first time. She was really caring about how it would turn out and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted- the colour, the cut it was all perfect! I was keen to having this place as my go-to hair salon, as I'd like to support more independent businesses such as this. I had a great experience from the friendly staffs from my first visit - even recommended this place to family and friends after.nnSecond visit, not at all - The male hair dresser gave an obvious impression of being uninterested and half-arsed from the initial interaction to the end. It seemed he was more interested in acting 'cool' to impress the ladies more than anything else.nnThe finish cut wasn't good either. Basic customer service was non-existent.nnDisappointing.

The experience is amazing! I'm writing this as I sit at this place. I love it so much ! I feel so happy as I left the place. They were so nice and considerate. I can't even thank them enough in words alone. But once again, thank you thank you thank you❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

I found this place from instagram and had high expectations as their instagram had the exact hair which I wanted. When consulting about my hair colour of choice, i showed a picture from their instagram which was a dark chestnut brown. After my appointment i ended up with a completely different shade of brown with ashy tones which i had repetitively stated that i did not want.nnWhen confronting them about the final results of the hair, the hairdresser kept insisting that it looked beautiful and didn't fully address that this was the wrong colour. They seemed to be in a rush to go home as i was one of the last customers which made me feel unwelcome.nnAfter discussing they offered me to come a 2nd time to fix the hair. The 2nd time they made it darker and closer to what i had wanted however i am still unhappy about the fact that i had to damage my hair twice.nnOverall, i am not completely satisfied with the outcome of my time spent at the salon, my appointment felt rushed and unprofessional.
