I was questioned about my medical history in front of other customers and told that I used my medication too much despite it is how i have been prescribed to use it and is also how I have used it to treat a chronic disease for 39 years. The pharmacist told me quite loudly I had "a very serious health issue" in front of customers which was embarrassing, and also said the medicine (which does not require a script) is on short supply due to Corona- which is completely not true and not listed on the Australian health board website as a short supply product- so this information is completely untrue. The medication is for exercise induced asthma, and as an athlete I workout sometimes 6 times a week, twice a day- and as per my medical doctor(s) advice is to use the inhaler before I exercise. The pharmacist critiqued my lifestyle and health further (again in front of customers) by saying "most people work out only twice a week". The way I was treated was inappropriate and very confronting, the comments about my medical history and the pharmacist's unsolicited *opinions* in front of other customers is completely rude and uncalled for and I am proceeding to lodge a formal complaint with the Health Ombudsman. While pharmacists have a right to ask about medicine use and advise for safety, it is out of line to go this far, harass a customer in front of other customers and overexert their own opinions as facts which are not substantiated. Providing false information, making claims about someones health and history without the education, and medical history in a confrontational, publicly exposed setting is unprofessional, not ethical and just plain rude. This pharmacist further announced they are "blocking" any further refills of this medication - which again does not require a prescription- without a doctors note. I don't even live in the area and needed to get a new inhaler as my previous had run out on holiday!... I will NEVER return to this location or this company again and find your customer service dismal and horrific. As mentioned, I am filing a formal complaint and hope you use this opportunity to educate yourself and your staff on what medicines are truly on short demand, learn what you should and should not ask to clients and also be respectful of people's privacy.

Very unpleasant staff, spent over $150 but had to pay for paper bag.

I was initially overwhelmed by the choice of vitamins and supplements, but the lovely staff talked me through the options and what best suited my needs.
