LiveLife Pharmacy Coolum Village

What’s terrible experience I had at this pharmacy yesterday. The woman were nothing but RUDE, JUDGEMENTAL and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I never leave reviews but this place required one. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been in- bullies, incompassionate and nasty.

Absolutely awful experience here today. And that's an understatement. Had to drive 25kms to have script filled correctly. Dispensary assistant was unconcerned and will no doubt carry on giving people what they didn't ask for and will likely remain equally unconcerned. Fortunately there are choices. Found a lovely pharmacist on Anzac day when many were closed and received everything I needed with courtesy and a smile. Such a shame but I'm now resolved to driving 25km's elsewhere and having an amazing experience when I get there.

Pharmacist very helpful in supplying a prescription that was left at home whilst at Coolum on holidays. However the price charged for a generic brand script ($35) that I can get from Chemist Wharehouse for $16 or Terry White for $22 . After negotiation with the pharmacist he provided a refund of $8.70. This makes a difference for a self funded retiree.
