I agree with the little tip.nBeing given the memorial book and sympathy cards with the invoice inside felt callous.nnAlso be aware of extra costs if held on a Saturday. Ask for a quote as we were not told.n3 goes at getting the Death Certificate correct as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful attention I received from Alan concerning the arrangements for my late Mum's funeral.nA difficult time to have to endure but Alan's quirky mannerism, put me at ease and the made the procedure as pleasant as possible.nI am forever grateful for the way the arrangements were handled and the funeral conducted....the day was made a whole lot easier with the kindness that was extended from Allen's Funeral Home......Thank You........

A little tip...nHanding the grieving widow the invoice for the funeral as she walks out of the church isn’t the most appropriate time.
