Took our new Mazda 3 to be washed for the first time, yes I was being lazy. The staff explained the washes to us. Went the ultimate wash $25 as there was a dry at the end of it, and the vehicle came out wet (after the dry) but no cleaner! Windows were not clean at all, the lower 200mm of the vehicle was dirty, and the staff used a cloth to wipe it off, the dry was a very quick run over with an old cloth. The staff said we could have a rewash after a we vacuumed it. Not up to the standard I was led to believe this wash would produce. Disappointed. No more $ will be spent here.

I have not been to this place for ages but see it is under new management/people. I have to say to all reading reviews, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. I went there today 20/2/20 and was greeted with a happy and helpful guy called, Narinder. He was very helpful, polite and simply a nice guy to deal with. There was also a nice tattooed guy to dry my car and he too was polite and friendly. I give this place 5 out of 5 for service and being helpful, keep up the good work guys. 5/5.

Never had a bad experience here. Today 11/05/20 the girl working there was particularly kind to me...I realised that with my car full of boxes, it was going to be difficult for me to vacuum the car after the wash. I asked whether it would be okay for me to go home - unload the boxes - and come back later to vacuum and she assured me that it would be fine which I really appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there. We have been taking our car to Hoppys Oxenford for a couple of years now, taking out the 3 month wash and dry with the wheel clean. We have always been happy except the last 3 months the car is not being dried properly and the wheels have not been cleaned at all. This is simply unacceptable. Under new Management? Or staff simply no longer conscientious? Time to move on perhaps!!!!
