Bring your tent. A great place to camp. And fish. Free barbecue. And cold shower.

Go at the run out tide for masses of crabs! Wear lots of Mossie/ sand fly repellant! Toilet & play ground equipment in good condition. Tap/drinking bubbler to help remove the mud - best done in gum boots or bare feet - just watch for oysters.
