Washed On James

We love this place. We are in the wash club with unlimited washes! How good is that! Friendly staff and very quick. Even if there’s four cars ahead of you, it takes just a few short minutes for your turn, unlike other places in town that take over ten minutes per car!

Upon arriving at the venue, the attendants greeted me I asked for the best wash. They then said sorry sir we don’t wash dirty cars. While my car is dirty it is not covered in mud, it has spent 6 days parked under a jacaranda tree. About 12 large bird poo on the car and a layer of red dirt as it is Toowoomba and we had dust storms last week. I have used the car wash in the past with a dirtier car and no issues. It seemed the attendants did not want to wash the car therefore said (word for word) ‘Sorry Sir we do not wash dirty cars.’ Thanks for the reply, although it was lies, as I said I was parked under a jacaranda. The men were discussing the car at the rear of the car, they were talking about how it’s going to take too long. They were not at all worried about the cars paint. I took my car to Wash Depot and they were able to clean the car without any drama. The staff at your establishment clearly didn’t feel like washing dirty cars as they so clearly stated. I would be very interested in seeing the screen shots of the security camera that was so clear you could determine what was tree sap and mould. You run a car wash, believe it or not people go their to have dirty cars cleaned. You’re own tag line is that of ‘Don’t Drive Dirty’. I would have happily contacted you as you requested but you didn’t actually leave any details to contact you on.

Quick, with large number of vacuum stations designed for easy access to both sides of the vehicle. The team do a quick pre wash treatment of car concentrating on known dirty/bug areas (windscreen, grill, mirrors, bumper etc)

Its a good wash but dont go when its busy or they rush you through get less service

These guys are great. The car wash club is fantastic value for money.
