I’ve been here twice now and the guys do a great job. Quick and easy to book in and during the week it doesn’t take long at all. The loyalty program will also help me continue to use these guys.

Fairly okay job but compared to other car wash services, it’s not worth the $85 service. There are still faint soap spots still on the windows and a few spots were missed externally.
I travelled 1 hour to Toowoomba to do some shopping and get the car washed. I booked online for 9.20am. I arrived at 9.15am to be told sorry, your car is booked in at 1.20pm. I showed them the booking confirmation I had which said 9.20am and I was told too bad, we are busy until 1pm. I contacted head office and 4 days later, I've had no response. This was the first time I would have used Concierge and I won't be booking with them again.
Good value for money. Done in the time said.
