Brandon Searl helped book part of my holiday between the UK and America. On our return flight there was a snowstorm which caused us to miss our connection. Had Brandon not spent the entire morning on hold with our airline to rebook our connection we would have lost thousands of dollars missing our final flights to Australia. We are incredible grateful for his prompt customer service and will continue to book our holidays with Flight Centre New Farm. Thank you Brandon!

Allen organized our trip to Portugal and Spain recently.nWe were unsure whether to book ourselves or through a travel agent and which approach would provide better value.nA: Allen researched, quoted and organized the whole trip with an outline of what we wanted. We could not get better priced fares even if we were prepared to spend the time and hassle doing it ourselves.nI would recommend Allen to anyone who wants a well organized, hassle free and good value holiday.n5 stars to Allen

Alyssa has gone above and beyond to help me plan my USA holiday. I originally booked tickets through a dodgey online company, only to rebook at the Travel Expo. It took me months to get my money back for the original purchase. Alyssa did the hard yards, contacting American Airlines and the online company to sort out my refund. Despite the original purchase being through an external company, Alyssa acted on my behalf and got me a full refund, keeping me updated along the way. I am so grateful to Alyssa and cannot thank her enough, as I would be out of pocket over $700 without her help. I would highly recommend using Flight Centre New Farm as your travel agent. I am planning another trip and know who I will be booking through!
