Mount Louisa Bush Walking Track

It is a comfortable walk going to the left at the stairs out more challenging if you turn right and go up the first flight of stairs. You will know when you see what I am referring to turning right. Good round trip and well worth the 7000 steps. Gets the heart racing and burn those calories. For a lookout it is also an easy walk up and back down to the left, easy for children at a slower pace if you must. The views of Townsville both sides are wonderful and a must see. Shame about the land clearing which is very evident. Cheers big ears

Great short walk if you head up the stairs otherwise take the scenic route and burn off brunch. Fingers crossed for drink taps and toilets at the top in the not too distant future and more car parking!

Great walking track with 360 degree views of Townsville from the top. Very achievable walk at 3.5km with 1700+ steps (my 85yr old mum smashed it but she's very fit and has good balance .. wouldn't recommend for someone needing handrail support). Take water and Mossie spray and a torch if you want to stay at sunset to watch the city lights come on.

A great track with just the right amount of steps and incline. A good challenge but not overbearing.

Well made, great views, just the right amount of challenge with stairs to push and longer track for less heart pounding effort.
