Very unprofessional and rude reception staff. Not a great first impression!!

An absolute joke of a practice. I’ve seen this doctor twice to be laughed in my face and saying I only have chronic pelvic pain to then get another opinion and mri which concludes adenomyosis. Another appointment was made to my expense to sit infront of my husband and I saying she no longer trusts me for getting another opinion but will go to the medical board. She since then hasn’t done her job that she told me to wait a month for back in October.. heard nothing for two months for which I then asked for my documents back to go somewhere else(these papers aren’t even hers to keep they are mine from a previous gyne) to then be told to wait for a phone call when she’s ready back on December 15th. I’ve waited until now 14th of January to get a phone call after hours leaving a voice mail saying they’ve been waiting for me since December 18th and if their not picked up they’ll be getting disposed off. Most poorest quality of a practice let alone doctor I have ever come across. You have your medical lisence for a reason and you have not been anything short of me being out of pocket and a stressful deal for the past 4 months. Will never recommend this practise to any one who wants actual help.
