Rockingham City Family Practice

My first time visiting since The Woodbridge Medical Centre joined with this group, I was used to long waiting times from past experience, so was pleasantly surprised that I was called just a few minutes after my booked appointment time. I had a mole scan skin screen. The procedure was fast, but thorough. The doctor I saw was pleasant and professional. Nice, modern clinic, plenty of easy parking, helpful reception staff. I would certainly recommend this practice.

I have seen two doctors at this practice and received missed diagnosis from both resulting in ongoing health issues. Extremely long wait times with rushed consults when you are eventually seen. Apart from two friendly reception staff the rest are total miseries. I will not return to this practice.

The only reason myself and partner attend this practise is because we love the doctor we see. Otherwise the front desk staff are absolutely horrible and rude. Not a friendly smile at all, always open the conversation as if you are a nuisance or wasting their time. So blunt and no kindness. Ended up having an argument on the phone with one having to explain my personal situation and reason for appointment to understand that the appointment was for both of us as a couple not just one. Takes so much strength not to complain to them. Only one of them is lovely out of them all.

Never have I expirenced such long wait times, I could not imagine how mothers and family’s with full schedules are able to even get in to see a doctor. Honestly disappointed every time I arrive. Would not recommend making a scheduled appointment, there’s no point becuase you will end up waiting over half an hour
