They don't clean the back window.
What else did they not do.
Really super satisfied with their job, I tried 2 other car washes this week so they can remove some spots inside the car, and Baystate truly exceeded my expectations! Unreal work ethics and honesty! This is how every business should treat their clients!

I asked for a quick in and out, gave them the benefit of the doubt when they wrote up a ticket for a $70 clean. Came back 70 minutes later. Not ready. 30 minutes later, car was ‘done’.
Pointed out all wheels were still dirty, also had three shine ALL over wheels, rims, over spray on most of the bottom of the car.
‘Oily’ product was caked on the dash and certain parts of the dash area. Missing some parts on some sides and doing them on the other. Cannot explain how much was caked onto the dash. All throughout the door wells also were oily from massive over spray.
When pointing out any of these things, the respond was that I needed to tell them no to use these types of products. I Could see it wasn’t worth my time disputing it or getting them to fix up anything, so I pointed it out and said I’ll just share my experience with others. Beyond disappointing $70 detail on a 2018 BMW.
