Booked in for 11.30 and informed manager that we had to have it by 1.15pm as appointment scheduled. Arrived at 1.00pm to find it not done, they then did it in 11 minutes, not happy with the finish!## inside doors not wiped, back windows weren't being done until I took off the screens, lucky I was there. Not happy and have been before so disappointed!##
Very angry and upset. Was told I must collect car by 4:00, when the business closes. At 3:14 I received a call to say they were “knocking off early” and I had to come get my car. I was in the middle of a hair appointment; I couldn’t leave. Was told in a very aggressive, threatening manner they would wait 15 minutes “and not a minute longer” and then they would leave. I had every intention of picking up my car before the close of business hours. I had to leave my hair appointment with an unfinished treatment for fear of not getting my car at 3:29 despite closing hours being 4:00. Attendant was extremely rude, aggressive and argumentative. Slammed the shop window in my face. Long time loyal customer at Robina. Will NEVER return. Workers in the hair salon also shocked and angered by the poor service and unfair treatment at Robina Star Wash. Should be reported to ACCC.
Pretty good job, still wish the staff would smile and be more welcoming though.
Did a great job, would recommend over places like Hoppys
Took my car to get washed, came back chipped, no care given. Will never go back
