Edrice and Michelle from Journeys & Africa are amazing at what they do! They provide incredible customer service to me as their agent, and make me look wonderful to my clients. They tailor make incredible trips so that my clients feel like rock stars whilst they are away. Their attention to detail is spot on. They know the best places that will suit the individual clients, and the special little extras that make them stand apart from other suppliers. Their on the ground knowledge is unbeatable, and they have really great connections and ground-handlers in each place. I have done a few “bucket-list” trips through them now, and my clients have come back on cloud 9 having experienced a trip of a lifetime!

Thank you so much Journeys & Africa for the most amazing holiday in South Africa. We even had a cancel in flight (because the airline ran into trouble) - domestic flight in South Africa - and they sorted that out for us before we even got to the airport and let me know ASAP (that was 11pm Australia time) just to make sure that we had a smooth trip. That is the advantage of using an agent instead of just booking it all online - they are there every step of your journey to make sure that you have the best time ever. Thanks again.

The person driving your company branded vehicle on the 27th July in Bardon was filmed driving in a manner that was unpredictable and dangerous. The driver of the vehicle changed lanes without indicating almost hitting my car, and once I made him aware that I was being impacted by his driving, he escalated the situation by tried to run me into a wall so I couldn't pass him. He then proceeded to hold up traffic by blocking the 2nd lane so I couldn't use it. What he didn't know, is that I was travelling to the GP's as my 4-year-old daughter was sick and needed to see a doctor urgently. Also, not only did his actions put us in danger, he also put our unborn child in danger... and for what point? stopping someone from using the road as it was intended?

Had the most amazing time on a package holiday from Journeys Africa. Started on beaches in the Indian Ocean before touring through African National Parks. Absolutely amazing and Edrice was so helpful.
