Wife had a simple question about an upcoming cruise. Was asked if it was booked through them , answered `no` and was told if we'd booked through them they would help us. We will definitely go elsewhere for booking our 7 week South America trip in feb 2020. First time we've ever had an unhelpful travel agent and we travel overseas often.

Absolutely Fabulous. John and his team booked us Brisbane to Honolulu where Christine and I enjoyed a fabulous weeks holiday in Waikiki in a hotel just off the beachfront. Then on to LA where we spent a week with our number 2 daughter Stacey, which included a road to Hearst Castle (talk about a rich mans folly), then on to Vancouver where we spent a week with number 4 daughter Erin which included a trip to Blue Lake and a cabin right on the lake. Then back home to Australia with another 2 nights in Hawaii. Most of our flying was done with Hawaiian Air. Great Airline, good service and very reasonably priced. Absolutely loved it.
