My friend and I booked a wonderful trip through Hollie Synnott. It has been a trying time this year as travel plans have had to be cancelled, but throughout this whole process Hollie has been terrific. She has gone into bat for us to get our money back from overseas companies, which took a lot of perseverance! She was quick to reply to any of our concerns and always remained positive which helped me stay calm and hopeful of a positive outcome. I would definitely use Hollie again to book our next holiday...hopefully not too far away! Deb Dowling

Amazing! Wasted 2 hours internet searching, talking to Qantas staff acquaintance and on hold with Qantas to work out how to book a 12 yo as an unaccompanied minor... Vanessa at FC Bribie island picked up the phone right away and I had a ticket and forms all sorted in 10 minutes! LOVE Flight Centre and wouldn't go through anyone else. Thank you!:))
