IMO Car Wash

Have been here before. Went Sunday morning to get a wash. Both website and big sign say open 7 days from 7am. Arrived at 7:51am and was closed. Don't advertise times you cannot commit to.

Rude customer service. Didn't say a thing to me. Been a few times each time just no smile, no thanks, no have a great day, even when I'm super nice and say good morning or whatever. Horrible service pretty much is what I mean.

Good customer service, wash is great, prices are fair and operating hours are awesome!

Not pleased with the customer service by the owner. Had my car detailed here once before and the service wasn’t great but the clean was decent. Called up to get it done again and was told that if I had any dog hair in the car they won’t do it, then changed to yes but it’ll be a lot extra. He was rude and not very welcoming and in the end said he would call me back with time to bring in car and never called back. Felt like a inconvenience.... went somewhere else instead.

Good job on both cars. Better to pay the extra as I can definitely see the difference.
