Priceline Pharmacy Surfers Paradise

Very friendly staff and prompt service. We urgently needed an item delivered and staff went out of their way to provide it. We were very impressed.

Pretty terrible customer service. Cashier was rude and short during the transaction. Asking one word questions... Bag? Receipt? She made no effort to pack the bag neatly and when she was done just shoved the bag through the screen. It’s not hard to ask questions nicely or even just crack a slight smile at the end of the transaction.

Conveniently situated and competitive prices with a wide range of products. Friendly and helpful staff. Cheaper than the other chemist shops in surfers!

Not even 1 star. Worst customer service ever. Priceline seriously should properly train all staff

Bad customer service. The 'weird Al Yankovic' type of looking guy told me after waiting for a while in a line to be served to go to a counter. All of which were empty. I walked over and waited at a counter and he served the guy behind me at another counter. I was bewildered as to why he couldn't he serve me as I was before the other person behind me? I asked him why he did this he just said "sorry". It isn't the first time customer service let me down at that store. Distracted and disappointed, I then had to rush back to work as it was my lunch break and lost all my keys. Thanks mate!
