Some ladies here are nice, I’ve come in and asked for recommendations and they’ve worked. I understand if you have a personal grudge against me because you think I am abusing cough medicine. But to overprice me on my medication by giving me 25 pills for $21, which seemed intentional when I’ve paid (at Towers Chempro) $14.99 for 50 (same brand of medication also). As I have anxiety speaking up on these matters is scary for me sometimes - next time I will have the courage to ask to price match. Maybe I’m just overreacting nevertheless, I will come back.

The two you ladies that were working last night 15th June were so helpful with helping me choose a tin of formula for my newborn i would recommend this store all day long THANK YOU

The service that the staff offer at this store is always 10/10 for me and my family, always helpful and willing to offer solutions to any problem. A medicine my son depends on was unavailable in store and the friendly staff walked to the other side of Surfers Paradise in the rain to collect it for me without a worry. We always look forward to our return back to store.

What a joke! 24hr chemist says it’s closed from 1am to 6am but the recorded message says “yes we’re open 24hrs but attending to other guests” so I drive there at 2am for an urgent prescription and the message on the door says closed until 6am! Change your bloody name! And change your voicemail recording!
