I recently had problems with a product I purchased from this Chemist so I contacted Justin who was most helpful. It has taken some weeks to resolve this problem but Justin didn't give up, kept me up-to-date with the progress and the product has now been replaced. I have received excellent service with pleasant courtesy and understanding. I could not have wished for more! A very happy customer.

My elderly Mum who resides in Victoria required to have a restricted prescribed item dispensed from (Qld) Surfers Paradise to Victoria. I rang and spoke to Justin and cannot speak highly enough of the assistance he offered to have the medication posted out to Victoria.We received the medication within 24 hours. Thank you Justin at Circle on Cavill Chempro Chemist, excellent service.

Poor customer service to say the least.

Went into store twice this week and noticed new staff at both times weren't very helpful and took ages to get served. Previously Was great customer service with jayson and the blonde lady that was having a baby every time I would go into store they would go above and beyond helping me, and there friendly smiles were so welcoming. I'm a little disappointed in the change of staff
