Terrific service radically for pensioners the managing pharmacist ERINY HANNA was so helpful with my prescription and informed me that they are offering free prescription delivery in surfers that will help lots of people who are house bound her Co manager AN-RUO blah was also very helpful Definitely 10stars.PJ. new revue I had the pleasure of dealing with the most helpful pharmacy chemist her name is ERINY she was the most helpful in showing me the right dosages to take and when especially with the vitamins I take and also advised me on the best vitamins to keep me healthy as pensioner I can highly recommend CHEMPRO towers surfers paradise. In a town like Surfers Paradise it is not always easy to find great service. The friendly team at Towers Pharmacy made me feel welcome. They took the time to answer my questions about the medication I had been prescribed and checked out the side effects I was concerned about. I have been back to Towers Pharmacy on a number of occasions and since that first visit I have always been treated as a valued customer. It is such a relief to know I have found a Chemist I can trust.

I've only been living in Surfers for 9 months, but my experiences at this store have always been good / pleasant ones. Kristy, the Nutritionist, has always greeted me with a lovely big smile and "Hello" ... and is very knowledgeable about health matters & products sold in the store. And last time I was there she was astute enough to notice that the old emptied tablet box I had given her was marked 10mg in strength, whereas the Script said only 5mg … So An-Ruo, the Pharmacist, was kind enough to take the time & effort to ring my local GP, discuss my situation with him, and subsequently alter the Script over the phone to 10mg. Excellent service all round in my opinion.
