Possibly one of the best experiences in a store I have ever had. Came in last night and was greeted by the assistant Jo, she was super friendly and genuinely happy to help. I asked her for ural for my daughter and she came out from the counter to show me where it was and point out there was a special on for the larger packet. We got to chatting and I explained I was down from the Sunshine Coast for one night to celebrate my daughters graduation and the poor thing had a uti and wasn’t having a very good time. Jo introduced me to the pharmacist Angela and she went through some questions and was able to provide my daughter with antibiotics as she reached the criteria and the two girls were so very lovely and sympathetic and wanted to help her get well as soon as possible. While Angela helped me, I watched the assistant Jo help other people with the same happy attitude and service. Angela was very kind and very knowledgeable in explaining everything about the antibiotics and how my daughter should take them. As I was completing my transaction at the end with the antibiotics and the ural, Jo handed me a little free make up sample and said it was for my daughter to help her feel better and hopefully make her graduation trip a bit better. I can not thank and recommend the lovely ladies enough from Sunday night and I would say the best service I have ever received in a pharmacy anywhere in a very long time. The two staff Angela and Jo should be commended, they were fantastic.

IV been blown away with the amount of care and consideration the female pharmacist has. I called her after having a problem with a different pharmacy regarding my son's anti biotics she went out of her way to help me and give me so much information and care I couldn't recommend her Enuff what a wonderful human. Very rare to come by these days. Thankyou so much for helping me words can't express my gratitude.

I have come to this chemist quite frequently last year and have been extremely impressed by their service. My daughter met a lovely female Pharmacist last Saturday night who showed her magnificent care and knowledge. My husband and I would visit this chemist most Saturday nights last year to see Guiseppe, a charming knowledgeable young man who helped my husband immensely. He also made the time to listen and explain to me important information regarding my asthma medicine and steroid cream which I had been using incorrectly. This has helped my asthma vastly and prevented my dermatitis from returning. The assistant staff working was always lovely and sweet. I highly recommend this place as my whole family has had such wonderful care from the staff.

A wonderful chemist. The pharmacy assistants and pharmacist working together to deliver a great experience. I can't write words of higher enough praise for the two staff members I met yesterday. Robyn and Lisa were kind, patient and empathetic. They listened to my concerns about my current medications and helped reassure me that I would be well cared for by the pharmacy team. Both ladies were so professional and I will definitely be going back to see them again. By far and away the best pharmacy on the Gold Coast.

The staff at Surfers Renaissance Chempro are amazing and friendly. They are always on hand to help out and service comes with huge smiles. Product range is excellent and prices are very cheap.
