Broadwater Pharmacy

This Pharmacy is a lovely and caring store. The staff have wonderful advice and they take the time to work with you. Their wait times are minimal, very efficient. Plus prices are much cheaper for scrips that are not on PBS.

Just visited Broadwater Pharmacy - 9:50pm on a Friday night. The lovely pharmacist could not have been more lovely. Excellent service and wonderful advise. A very big thank you to Broadwater Pharmacy!

A lovely small pharmacy with fast personal service that's open until 10pm, which is needed to get scripts filled after work.

Horrible experiences both times myself and my partner have come into this Pharmacy. My partner had an emergency dental treatment in the last 24 hours in which she was coming off anesthetic and after waking up in the morning had incredible pain as one of her tooth's were infected. We consulted a doctor via teleconference as no doctors were available to her until after 6pm on the 13 SICK number. After consulting we were given a script which was sent through to the Pharmacy. I called the Pharmacy around 20 minutes after the consultation to make sure it was ready. Upon arriving we were greeted with a stone cold attitude and a lack of care. Everything was already made up as we spoke to the gentleman on phone who handed her the script after what seemed like a massive interrogation from her which was lead by questions as if we were lying. My partner could not open her mouth due to the pain, when she tried to speak because she was upset by the pharmacist she was met with a condescending and patronizing attitude. You know I understand the demographic and where the Pharmacy is located and that you would have concerns with people coming in but that does not give you the right to characterize every person that comes in the door, at least surely there was a better way than the attitude we both felt coming from you. You have a duty of care to both I and my partner and we both left feeling like you didn't show or represent a shred of it.

Very friendly service. Love the ability to use app to pre-order and not have to wait for prescriptions. Easy parking. Long opening hours. Highly recommended.
