Giant Chemist Pacific Fair

Went looking to buy 2 x essential oils for my daughters Kidprenuer recipes for school. Lady working there comes up to us to say we can't smell the oils as they are not testers. Ok how on earth do you think you are going to sell them then. Derr! Went straight out of store and spent $30 at Dusk. She clearly is not a business owner.

I can’t believe how poor the service was I got here today. And to make matter worse the lady called a security guard on me. Unbelievable. I have a prescription for mersyndol , that I knew was over 12 months since my last use. The chemist said you can’t use prescriptions over 12 months but nowhere on my script does it say anything anywhere about validity period. She said legally I can’t do it and I asked her to show me where it says it. She said it was on the web . I asked her to show me then and she called a security guard. Shocking

I’ve had a cough for about 4 weeks, went to see the pharmacist John Kinchin, at Giant Chemist and not only did he ask many questions on the type of cough, so he could recommend the best cough mixture, but he also suggested that their in house naturopath could also give me excellent advice. I took all the advice, and the medication and for the first time in a month have had a decent nights Sleep!! These people actually care. They are fabulous. Thank goodness to know that we still have pharmacists who care and recommend the best remedies for you!! I’ll always go to giant chemist Pacific Fair when I need help.

What a fabulous place I stumbled upon! Such friendly, helpful staff. Was visiting from USA and needed a prescription filled. Pharmacists were very impressive. Very knowledgeable and gave excellent counseling on the drug I was prescribed. In addition I was able to shop and enjoy fabulous bargains!

I was very happy with the service that we received on the weekend, the staff went out of their way to provide quality service and made my visit to the makeup section effortless. (Dad of 3 daughters has its challenges)
