Calanna Pharmacy Main Beach

Highly recommend!! Truly had exceptional customer service from the Pharmacist owner (Peter) and staff on several occasions now. Very helpful, knowledgeable and provided thorough explanation to a new medication that was prescribed to me that was bang on. Took medication for a while and looked to save $ but prices were comparable to bigchain pharmacy however this place really goes above and beyond for their customers so had to write this review to share my great experiences.

A refreshing retail experience! I noticed this quaint family-run Pharmacy when visiting Main Beach and decided to have my prescription filled while enjoying a rather excellent latte at the al fresco cafe next door. To say I was surprised at being treated like a customer, not a nuisance, would be an understatement. A delightful lady promptly attended me within moments of entering the well stocked store while the pharmacist was enthusiastic (and very patient) in his responses to the many questions I put to him about my prescription. I can’t remember the last time I was so delighted by quality of service at a Gold Coast business. I’ll certainly be heading back there for my next prescription. Thank you staff at Calanna Pharmacy Main Beach for restoring my faith in retail :)
