Very pleasant male chemist advised my son and I tonight. Knowledgeable and friendly, with a large range of stock. And, this place being the only one open at night, in the area, is very convenient.

Very bad experience . Some employees are actually nice. "Lady named Jacquie is so rude" Hence the low rating. Don't know what her problem is. Terrible communication skills & just nasty. I don't know if she deals with rude customers on a daily bases and she always has her guard up or what but she needs some manners!!!!! Maybe some more training in customer service also.

I have never ever experienced rudeness like this in a pharmacy. The women serving behind the counter here are rude, arrogant and suffering from delusions of grandeur. Besides all that, they try to push what ever stuff they have left on the shelves rather than what's good for the customer. NEVER EVER AGAIN A big thumbs down on this place.

The old lady who works there is rude, incompetent and racist! Went there twice now to get some nicotine lozenges which are just behind the counter and despite me pointing at the one I ask for she has trouble finding the product and gets frustrated and blames it on my english. I asked clearly for the 2mg nicotine lozenge which shows on the package clearly in big letters 'lozenge'. Each time I clarify and point at the exact packet i am after, she insists that what I want is not lozenges but fruit drops and continues to interrupt by saying what I said is confusing to her. I don't understand how something as simple as picking up the product I am pointing at from less than a meter away can be such a hard and confusing task for a person to the point they are that obnoxiously rude and racist. Incredible service.

I visited this chemist to have my husband’s script filled and was made to wait 15 minutes before one of the women serving claimed they were having a problem “printing that one out”. I noticed the lights were not on in the chemist so clearly there was some other problem. The staff had obviously been aware they couldn’t print out repeats at the time I walked in yet chose to make me wait 15 minutes before informing me, no doubt thinking I’d be more likely to agree to have the repeats sent after already waiting that long. As I am a carer to my husband who has a disability, I reluctantly agreed to let them send the repeats. They didn’t arrive so all over the Christmas/New Year period we were worried. We phoned for 2 weeks asking about the scripts and were repeatedly asked our address and phone number only to have them blame “staff change over” or tell us that “it might take 10 to 12 days”. We were finally informed at the 2 week mark that the repeats had been sent the day after I was at the chemist which indicated that they had been sent to the wrong address or the chemist had lost them. The chemist blamed Australia Post and suggested to my husband that he phone them or go visit his doctor to get more scripts. The staff were totally disinterested in the stressful situation they had caused my husband and myself and acted as if it was our problem to deal with. My husband and I had made sure to visit his doctor and get his scripts in Spring when it wasn’t so hot. Now because this chemist chose to make THEIR problem the customer’s problem I have to push my husband in a wheelchair to the doctors in the middle of summer just to replace the scripts. We have been visiting this chemist for 3 years but after experiencing this dishonesty, disregard for customers and incompetence we will be giving them a miss from now on.
