I have never been treated worse by anyone in customer service than i did at this chemist. My partner and I wanted to get our prescripted medicine and as we waited an older pharmacist with glasses and black straight hair overheard us saying we were going to Coles after getting our prescription for grocery shopping and decided to join in and say that she did not care what we were doing after this. It was interferring in our private conversation that she had nothing to do with and to leave such a nasty and rude comment was shocking. When we were paying for our prescription an Asian lady took over and were just as rude. We pointed out that we usually pay half the price of what she charged us but that it doesnt matter we just wanted to pay and leave. She then made us feel so bad for mentioning this fact and was very judgemental and scoffed us of. WE WERE NOTHING BUT POLITE DURING THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I recommend to change the pharmacist staff asap as your reputation is very very bad at this point.

Chempro has a very poor policy They are selling a product called life spice probiotic women’s bio flora online for $23.99 while the store at Q supercenter sells for 42.99 We went there and they can’t price match Also when I tried to do Click and collect option it doesn’t give any store selection options ... While the lady who Speke Toby’s at the Q store was polite, she was not able to help Very frustrating policy and one that is counter productive for the franchised stores as also don’t know how it complies with consumer law in Australia We wasted an hour of ours on this
