Priceline Pharmacy Oasis Broadbeach

I have just been to the Pharmacy section of what is my local chemist looking for a routine medication. I was the only customer, but the ladies looked to be doing things so I waited after answering their query as to what I was after - a fungal cream. While waiting, other customers come in behind me and were served ahead of me. I’m not sure why, certainly there was little dialogue so no prior difficulty. So being a bit underwhelmed I left. A small issue to be honest, but Priceline was my local chemist.

I came into the pharmacy today for migraine medication (I’m on holidays from New Zealand and forgot mine), the pharmacist couldn’t sell me much over the counter (as per Australian pharmaceutical laws) but he made a suggestion of where I could get into the nearby doctor (got a script very quickly and was even bulk billed). If it wasn’t for the pharmacists care and compassion, I would have ruined most of my holiday with a migraine - so thank you! I really appreciated your kindness in getting me sorted

Wow! Outstanding customer service from the store manager Louise. She assisted me with a range of products I needed . Louise had expert knowledge, was professional and very helpful in giving advice about new beauty and cosmetics. Excellent store. Highly recommend. Thank you

I work in the area and it is a tremendous relief to have a pharmacy nearby that has such great professional help as well as outstanding customer service. The pharmacist, Zaheer is always reliable and polite, and the staff are absolutely amazing. Definitely the first place I go if I’m sick or I injure myself at work. Top service guys

I've never had anything but flawless service from this Pharmacy. All of the pharmacists I've encountered were lovely and super helpful. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy to all of my friends and family.
