very friendly stuff

I visited this chemist today to get some scripts filled for my daughter and if it wasn't that I needed them urgently I would have just walked out! Firstly the women at the prescription desk didn't even look at me when she served me! The staff on the floor in general were extremely rude, and I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience for asking questions! Not one of them smiled or greeted me, or anyone else from what I could see. They were all too busy being task focused to look up! There were baskets of stock all over the floor making it hard for me to get around with my pram and ladders not being stored correctly, I almost knocked one over as it was sticking out leaning against some shelves. I work in retail myself and if I knew customers had the experience I had today I'd be extremely disappointed! I will never be shopping here again!

Great range of products and very good service every time !

I have given this Sausage Factory several chances and will not give it another. It is located in an upmarket shopping precinct and gives bargain basement service. Previously experienced inappropriate staff at cash register make it clear to all around they have no respect for the customers that pay their wages. Then went to get antibiotics for an infection yesterday - took in some repeat scripts and when I got home no antibiotics. When I called I was told it was my fault. No one checked the scripts with me and when you collect them they are sealed in a plastic box (so you don't steal them on the way to the cashier). Remember shop at LOCALLY OWNED CHEMISTS AND SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY!!!!

Staff are absolutely rude. Stood at front counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged but the rude CHILD behind the counter decided to continue his conversation with his colleague. Didn’t even receive a “thank you” at the end. Disgusting. Focus on your customers instead of what you’re doing tonight
