Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair

Whenever I go here, I always get great customer service, which is better than most other places, from Tony Lacaze the owner to people on the checkout. Of special mention: Tony Lacaze - an extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful man. My favourite Pharmacist ever. Karina Neilson - in close second place! Karina is brilliant and saved me from some potentially lethal advice by a GP (who has now been fired!). The GP had recommended a drug which for me, research (& personal experience) indicated could be dangerous - I discovered from Karina that the whole class of drugs, including both the old and modern 'styles' were of deep potential concern. Karina went out of her way to look up the details so that I was provided with the right information to safeguard my health. One of my professional hats is customer service consulting and it is rare I come across such great experiences. This pharmacy is a compounding chemist, which my wife has needed. She has enjoyed great service also, along with reasonable pricing (some compounding chemists can be expensive).

This is my go to chemist when I need to get my prescription cream made. Compounding is much cheaper than other chemists that promote it, and it is always much quicker than other chemists that usually require 3 to 5 days. Priceline is also one of the only chemists that stocks most of my favourite makeup and skincare range. So it makes shopping relatively easier and very affordable. The staff are wonderful here and the manager is a lovely young chap. Highly recommend this place if you require creams to be made up quickly and reasonably priced.

Customer service is great here, I like that they aren't pushy like a lot of Pricelines are known for. I found the staff welcoming and patient, which was very refreshing. Great variety of products and brands, the pharmacists are also really quick whipping up scripts. Very clean and tidy store.

The cosmetics girls in the make-up area were quite rude.. went in on Thursday - Jan 2020 11:30 no offer for help what so ever as they were bickering between each other.. one girl then stormed off and the other girl gave me an uncomfortable look and no hello can I help u with anything.. won't shop there for cosmetics.. rude and uncomfortable experience
