Without a doubt, the older ladies who often work the front counter lack customer service skills & are just plain rude. These select few employees are the only ones with this attitude towards customers, they’re unwilling to help, lie directly to your face & shouldn’t be working with customers if they’re going to act this way. The younger employees, plus the dispensary staff are wonderful, they’re always willing to help & are the only reason I return to Nerang Chemist Warehouse.

Staff very patient and friendly, good specials

No doubt, products are amazing and customer service is also awesome. However, a lady security guard is working there, I always tolerate her disrespectful behaviour. I don't know why she behaves like this... It's my request to manager please trained her, how to provide a good customer service to customers.

Amazing customer service! Girls on the floor are so helpful and the pharmacist are very knowledgeable. Especially the pharmacist Dann. He is always so polite and always goes above and beyond to help me.

Shocking Custom Service I ordered some probiotics online with “Click&Collect” at Chemist Warehouse Nerang store two weeks ago. While it was showed “in stock” at the time of order, I received an email stating that the product was out of stock and I selected to wait. Yesterday my order was cancelled without any email to state a reason, nor of any apology. It was simply saying “Your Click & Collect order has successfully been cancelled”. Whilst this company has self-claimed that it will take care of it customers, I failed to understand why their services would not match any other online companies. Do their customers deserve an explanation for cancellation after two weeks waiting? Come on Chemist Warehouse, you are not the only show in town!
